Senior Full Stack Platform Developer

We are looking for a dynamic young talent and capable candidate to join our fast-growing team to fulfill the position of Senior Full Stack Platform Developer. The candidate should be responsible for the following tasks:

Job Requirement

  • At least hold Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related fields. Candidate  Master degree  the relevant field  preferable
  • Minimum 5-year experience  developing full-stack applications
  • Experience building multiple  simultaneously
  • Experience building a digital platform  various sizes
  • Experience  in the waterfall, iterative  agile fashion
  • Expert knowledge  MVC, Design Patterns, Session Management,  Consumption  RESTful web services
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Automation testing  refactoring experience
  • Demonstrates  ability  troubleshoot applications problems independently
  • Strong knowledge  both SQL  NoSQL
  • Strong organizational  presentation  and attention  detail
  • Excellent communication skills,  able  make compelling justification during  meetings, great team player, works well  others  the startups
  • Proficiency  Khmer  English
  • Ability  execute independently  willing to learn  things
  • Behaving passion, perseverance,  and startup spirit

Job Responsibility

  • Directs  guides  work  Software  QA engineers  part  the overall Agile operating model
  • Configures  develops  applications  platforms  varying complexity  scope
  • Develops  specifications within defined architecture, utilizing standard procedures  techniques
  • Conducts code reviews  appropriate  software quality  adherence  standards
  • Establishes  ensures compliance  all software development, including QA standards  procedures
  • Diagnosis  standard business problems, factoring  an understanding of current technical  application architecture
  • Responsible completion  projects
  • Scale developed platforms  they grow
  • Provides guidance  junior team members
  • Communicates applications changes, team members
  • Produces technical  documents  each system
  • Mentors assist startups  technical problems
  • Contributes  feasibility analysis  new startup systems
  • Contribute insights  ideas  startups’ systems  participates  their technical design
  • Contributes  the development  project plans, provides estimation, identifies key milestones,  raise critical  issues such as technical constraints  resource  and proposes alternative solutions
  • Manages  monitors progress  adjusts resources  priorities accordingly
  • Carries out other tasks  assigned by  head  TSC secretariat
